Custom cuts are our specialty At Documounts, all mats are custom cut for your order and processed for shipping in 5-7 business days. Getting started Here's some information to have ready when you place your order: Do you want single, double or triple mats? Dimensions? Determine the outside dimensions (frame size, width x height) and the exact size of the window opening you need (not the size of the artwork). If it's a double or triple mat, we only need the information for the bottom mat. Center or bottom weighted? If bottom weighted, what are the dimensions of the borders? Is your project horizontal or vertical? Setback? Let us know if you'd like something other than the standard 1/4" setback on double or triple mats. Color and quality? We offer something to fit everyone's needs, from the highest archival grade to economy mats. Be sure to choose your colors from the quality of mat you desire.
