Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska is approximately 3-4 business days.Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day Air) is available upon request. For all expedited shipments there is a $5 per box fee for shipping and handling in addition to actual shipping costs. As a rule, shipping costs for orders sent 2nd or 3rd day air are typically at least twice the cost of ground.OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONOrder Changes All changes, additions, or deletions must be made by 6:00pm PST the same day of ordering. There are no exceptions to this policy. All additions or deletions made after the 6:00pm PST cut-off are subject to the terms outlined in the Order Requirements & Fees section.Returns We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and ask that you carefully inspect your entire order upon receipt. If any part of your order is incorrect or contains defective materials, immediately call one of our customer service reps. Replacements, credits, and refunds cannot be issued without pre-approval. Once your return is approved, we will gladly replace or refund the defective merchandise upon receipt of the items at our facility. For full credit or replacement, all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of an order.Oversized Items Documounts does not guarantee shipment for oversized items due to above average risk for damage. This includes full sheet matboard, frames and plexiglass exceeding 24x30 (54 united inches) in size. Oversized items damaged during shipping will receive a full refund but will not be replaced.
